Inside the Condo: Fully equipped kitchen 1 bedroom with a king bed Twin hallway bunk beds (great for kids!) 1.5 bathrooms Comfortable sofa for an additional guest Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi Perfect for families or small groups, and just a short drive to Pier Park, restaurants, and shopping.

☼ Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed ☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am ☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio ☼ Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines ☼ No pets ☼ Do not leave trash bags outside on patio. All trash must be taken to the dumpster in a timely manner. * NO golf carts or golf cart rentals allowed on the premises for guests / renters Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.

We do not have assigned parking however there is parking available right in front of our unit which you normally can find a spot there! **GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. **NO SMOKING ALLOWED. **NO PETS **NO GOLF CARTS OR GOLF CART RENTALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES FOR GUESTS We love Florida living and all that comes with it....even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here in Florida including insects, reptiles, birds and more. While we do have regular pest control, you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors & windows closed and keeping food stored & sealed properly are ways to ensure a little lizard or other friend won't come in 😊
